Notes: I’m a big fan of male fighting scenes and gutpunches. I’d like there to be a big focus on gutpunches but also include other face/body punches and kicks. I’d especially like it if you could use close-up shots of the gutpunches happening followed by the guy’s reaction afterward and exaggerate or draw out some of those punches just slightly more than usual. Also, after a fighter is KO’d, I’d like there to be a couple different camera angles slowly panning over them and zooming in. I’d like if one view was from the side looking down at them and then another looking from the top down (see example photos attached). No masks or red juice effects, please! Also, after they’re KO’d please have their eyes closed!

[Three of the best local fighters meet up at a gym for a no-rules tournament to determine the strongest fighter in the region by fighting until the last man standing].

Fight 1: Kevin flexes his biceps and laughs at his two smaller opponents saying, “This will be easy.” Seeing Kevin’s size, Tim and Nick decide to work together to try to KO him first. Kevin is powerful and a heavy hitter. He takes control of the fight early on, but Tim and Nick are soon able to gain the advantage by splitting up and hitting him from different sides. Kevin is soon worn down after taking multiple punches and kicks. Tim grabs him from behind and pins Kevin’s arms behind his back, while Nick pounds away at his face and stomach for a while, weakening Kevin with each punch. Nick slams a powerful punch deep into Kevin’s stomach and keeps it pressed in (show close-up) and Kevin is surprised at first but slowly begins to go limp and pass out, rolling his eyes and groaning. Nick and Tim let go and Kevin slumps to his knees. Both guys now stand in front of him and hold him upright while Nick taps Kevin awake. The barely conscious Kevin tells them, “Alright… You guys win… Just finish me off already.” Both guys deliver an uppercut at the same time that immediately knocks Kevin flat on his back, KO’d for good. The two guys flex their muscles in a victory pose before high-fiving and hugging one another in congratulations. The camera then focuses in on the KO’d Kevin using the different camera angles to slowly pan over him for a few seconds before fading to black.

Fight 2: With Kevin defeated, Tim and Nick now prepare to fight one another to become the champion. They playfully trash talk one another before the fight, each determined to win. The second start fights and the two are evenly matched throughout it, trading who takes control several times over the course of the fight until Tim finally manages to wear Nick down. Finally having the upper hand, Tim delivers a gut punch followed by an uppercut that stuns Nick. Tim repeats this gutpunch/uppercut combo a few more times with Nick growing weaker and more unsteady on his feet with each hit until the final uppercut knocks him flat on his back. Tim kneels beside Nick and pulls him up into a sitting position and holds him steady. Nick, barely awake, places an arm on Tim’s shoulder and says, “You beat me, buddy… Go ahead and knock me out…” Tim nods and then slams a powerful gutpunch deep into Nick’s stomach (show close-up) and holds it. Nick’s eyes go wide at first from the impact and then he slowly rolls his eyes and passes out with a moan. Tim lowers him back down flat on his back before removing his fist. The camera focuses in on the KO’d Nick using the different camera angles to pan over him. The camera then cuts to Tim flexing his biceps in celebration as the proud new champion. Kevin and Nick are still KO’d and lying flat on their backs on either side of him. Satisfied with his victory, Tim smiles and winks at the camera before leaving the room. The camera then pans over the two KO’d fighters before fading black.

Alternate ending – Nick wins: Starting from the middle of the previous fight, Nick instead manages to wear Tim down. Nick throws an uppercut that leaves Tim stunned on his feet. Nick holds Tim steady with a hand on his shoulder and slams a punch deep into his stomach (show close-up) and holds it there. Tim’s eyes are wide with shock at first and he struggles to breathe after the punch. Eventually he rolls his eyes and starts to go limp with a moan. Nick removes his fist and lets Tim slump to his knees. Nick gently taps Tim on the face to wake him. Tim, barely conscious, says, “You win, bro… go ahead and finish this…” Nick nods and delivers a knee strike to Tim’s chin, knocking him flat on his back, KO’d for a good. The camera focuses in on the KO’d Tim using the different camera angles to pan over him. Like the previous ending, the camera cuts to Nick flexing his biceps in celebration with the KO’d Kevin and Tim still lying on either side of him. Nick smiles and winks at the camera before leaving. The camera then pans over the two KO’d fighters before fading black.

Alternate ending 2 – Kevin wins: Starting during the first fight, Nick and Tim split up and try to run at Kevin from different directions. They each aim a punch at him, but he notices their plan and ducks out of the way just in time for them to punch each other, leaving them both stunned and dazed, swaying unsteadily on their feet. Kevin focuses on Nick first by delivering several slow, powerful uppercuts in row that leave Nick barely standing. Kevin prepares another but Nick weakly pleads, “Please… No more, man… you win…” Kevin smirks and then holds him steady with one hand and slams a powerful gutpunch deep into Nick’s stomach (show close-up). Nick reacts with a shocked expression at first and slowly starts passing out with a groan until he’s unconscious, only being held upright by Kevin. Kevin playfully shakes Nick a few times like he’s trying to wake him. Seeing no response, he lets go of him, and the KO’d Nick briefly sways unsteadily on his feet and then collapses flat on his back. Tim regains his senses and charges toward Kevin to throw a punch, but Kevin easily catches Tim’s fist in one hand and delivers a powerful punch across Tim’s face with his free hand that stuns him again. Before Tim can recover, Kevin throws a few more slow, steady punches back and forth across Tim’s face, alternating between his right and left fists. Tim grows weaker and more tired with each punch. Kevin then delivers an uppercut that staggers Tim backward a few steps. He sways unsteadily on his feet with a dazed expression on his face for a few seconds before collapsing flat on his back. Kevin kneels beside Tim and pulls him up into a sitting position with one hand on his shoulder. He readies a fist and asks, “Any last words?” Tim, barely awake, weakly says, “You beat us, man… knock me out… You earned it…” Kevin delivers one final, powerful punch deep into Tim’s stomach and keeps it pressed in (show close-up) as Tim reacts in shock from the impact and then rolls his eyes and slowly begins to pass out with a moan. Once he’s certain Tim is KO’d, Kevin removes his fist and playfully taps Tim on the face/gently tries to shake him awake. Seeing no response, Kevin lets Tim slump flat on his back. As Kevin gets to his feet, the camera pans over both KO’d fighters using the different camera angles. Satisfied with his victory, Kevin drags the KO’d Tim over to Nick and stacks him on top of Nick, laying him across Nick’s body (both guys still lying flat on their backs). Kevin then proudly poses in victory while flexing his biceps and placing a foot on top of Tim’s stomach. He smiles and winks at the camera before leaving. The camera then lastly pans over the KO’d Tim and Nick for a few seconds before fading to black.
