Payment problem

If you can’t make a purchase the first time, then try again. Verotel does not always allow you to make a purchase the first time, Verotel can reject the transaction several times. But in the end, after several unsuccessful attempts, transaction should be successfully processed. A single transaction must not be more than $ 100.

If the purchase still fails, then try these recommendations:

You informed us that your customer’s payment has not been accepted. According to our records,
they failed or canceled the 3-D Secure authentication sent to their mobile device from their bank.
This is required in order to complete the payment. There can be many reasons for this type of decline,
so please refer them to the below check-list before trying to pay again:
 
1. Your web browser may be experiencing an issue with webpage redirects to your bank’s
authentication page. Please try again after disabling any adblockers you have running and clearing
your cache. Should this not work, please try again in a different web browser.
 
2. Your card may not support 3-D secure authentication. This is only ever the case with many prepaid
cards. You can confirm this with the card issuer by contacting them with the number on the back of
your card.
 
3. Your mobile number or app used for verifying purchases with your bank needs to be updated.
Please contact your bank for further assistance.
 
4. Should none of these steps work, please try again with a different card, and let us know if you are
again declined so that we can further advise.
